Brunch Outing at Kungfu Paradise (Bedok Point)

Was at Kungfu Paradise (Bedok Point) today for brunch with my parents... and was not disappointing...

Mixed platter of fried stuff... not bad, above average, but my father does not quite like the calamari rings, saying they are too dried... which we thought otherwise...anyway...

The instant noodles... don't seem like it is imported from Korea... but kind of springy nevertheless... Noodle taste is nothing special... but the chicken is good!!!!!!!!!!

My mum ordered the twin-mixed baked rice, got 1 big piece of fried fish and 1 big piece of fried chicken... Chicken is good! The batter on the fish is crispy but too thick, making the inner of the batter mushy...and the fish may not be defrosted long enough... but overall, still ok!

My father ordered this... And don't be deceived by its simple looks, as this is VERY GOOD!!!!!!! Tinge of curry powder makes it smells aromatic... very nice... Bee hoon is also quite springy...

Dessert is the salted egg custard bun, also VERY GOOD!!!!!! Hahahaha.... Saltish, sweet, saltish, sweet... that's how the custard will taste in your mouth, and when mixed with the fluffy "skin" of the bun, it is... hmmm.... go try out yourself lah, will not regret... I think... hahaha...

This was ordered after we finish the main food, as my father wants to try out to see if this is good... and we were not disappointed at all... The ice flakes are not sliced to big piece, but very scattered... surprisingly "fluffy"!!!!!!!!! And the little "bubbles" popped in your mouth with a slight push of the tongue, very fun! Sweet and sour... nice...
