This is delicious... Its "Soupy Mixed Braised Flavour" (湿卤味), in a stall in the hawker centre besides OG People's Park, you know, the one with the famous Yong Tau Foo... This is quite nice, had it today, in fact... cost $4.50, comes with a bowl of white rice... It doesn't have the dark soy sauce "braise", but is rather like... "fermented beancurd (南乳/豆腐乳)+ red Yong Tau Foo sauce + etc"... serving portion is a bit small, but taste-wise is quite good...
