Daikoku Instant Soba Noodles With Tempura 大黒軒 天ぷらそば

A SGD 2.00 buy from Mijyi. I stupidly used warm (still boiling in pot) water to make the noodles... but can still taste the good texture fo the soba noodles and flavor of soup... The tempura is a bit hard, and has to soak in the soup for best taste imo. Only small bits of spring onion in soup powder ... Taste quite good!!!

A SGD 2.00 buy from Mijyi, and I can't seem to find the English translation for this mini bowl noodle... And yes, it is MINI... The noodles are thin and... normal. Has bits of slimy prawn (???), mushroom (???) and egg (???) bits ... Taste is normal but has a distinct yuzu fragrance!... hahahahaha....

A SGD 2.00 buy from Mijyi. The noodles need at least 5 minutes to soften up yet has a chewy texture. Has bits of cabbage, carrots and mince meat ( don't think is mock...) ... Taste quite good!!!

Xiao Ban Mian 小拌麵 - Traditional Shallot and Scallion Oil Noodle 古早味雙蔥油細麵

I bought the Xiao Ban Mian 小拌麵 - Traditional Shallot and Scallion Oil Noodle 古早味雙蔥油細麵 through a Taobao agent which also handles some Taiwan stuff, and this costs SGD8.415 with promotion. I believe this noodle is a sub-brand under the 老媽拌麵 ... 1 bag contains 3 servings of noodles, seasoning sachet, and flavoring oil. The seasoning sachet has granular powder that is likely chicken powder seasoning or such, did not read the information at back of bag... Anyway, the verdict : Good and chewy noodles!!!! Its texture is beyond my expectation. I expected more fragrance from the flavor though, which is little bit disappointing, but the taste makes up for it. Has a moderate level of shallot and scallion fragrance, and it is a bit too oily, try to put in the black sauce without pouring in so much oil if you can... Am now hooked onto these type of fast-cook noodles 快煮麵 instead of the traditional instant noodles 泡麵 / 快熟面 ... So will I buy this again? Likely yes, hahahaha....

The taste is still the same!!! Quite moist cake and the taste immediately brings back my memories 30++ years ago... though the chocolate layer on the top is super sticky and tends to just stick on the wrapper...
