PCS Flag Day 06 July 2019

And I forgotten to post this because... sigh... anyway, has been almost 30 years since my last flag day activity... really thankful to have this chance to be able to contribute to help other people through this...And a BIG THANK YOU to those who have donated...

Nissin Chikin Ramen 日清チキンラーメン 日清元祖鸡汁拉面

Bought it at Iroha Mart in Chinatown Point, at a sale price of SGD6.90... Previously tried the small packets of instant noodles sold in Daiso, and they are similar in how it would be prepared: just pour in hot water to the flavoured-noodle cake... Taste is... Though I did tried to watch as many CMs of this instant ramen before preparing it, I think I am too pampered by the modern and recent instant / dried noodles, hence this did not really leave much impact on me... but portion is quite big... I think perhaps cooking on stove for 1 minute maybe might taste better, as most instant noodles I tried... But I can understand how people in 1958 felt when they first encounter this... Salute...

Xing Fu Tang 幸福堂 Brown Sugar Bubble Tea

Hope the Takashimaya outlet opens soon, if have... This picture was taken during the recent food fair in Takashimaya last month...

After Many Years... Breakfast At Jollibee Again...

Place has changed quite a bit, and so is the menu... fried chicken is still as good though, and think the coffee has improved too... Really miss the times when dining here trouble-stress-less... sigh... life has to go on, i guess ...

Bootleg (?) DoraCat - Doraemon x Saint Seiya 哆啦A梦 x 圣斗士星矢 Gold Cloth Sagittarius Aries 黄金圣衣 射手座 白羊座

Gotten these 2 to complete my Sun-Moon-Rising-Venus....

Bootleg ( ??? ) DoraCat - Doraemon x Saint Seiya 哆啦A梦 x 圣斗士星矢 : Gold Cloth Taurus 黄金圣衣 金牛座

My birthday present I bought for myself... yeah... Only after buying I realized it is a probably a bootleg... but doesn't matter, as I am a KOllector to begin with... Problem is the QC issue is terrible... parts... many parts, are assembled wrongly and it is super tough to disassemble the figure... and superglue marks can be seen when the parts are pulled/dropped out... some parts are quite loose, while the head joint is ridiculously tight due to the neck's pan-head shaped design... I had to file down the straight-edge side of the head to round in order to pull out the heads to swap easily... Anyway, after all the fixing, it looks super nice !!!!!!! Have since bought 2 others for my Rising and Venus signs...

Gastric Flu Again Since NTU Days...

.. Hit by serious gastric flu on past Wednesday.... started at around 4am, had diarrhea and thought will be okay... went to work place.. and it continued... then started to had vomiting... had about 8 rounds of vomiting and 5 rounds of diarrhea in the short 7 hours at work... Struggled for another hour before decided to hit back to see a doctor to get an injection... The dehydration caused me super weak with sore muscles, giddy and fainting mode, as well as short breath... could not speak a proper sentence without catching my breath for 10 secs... Fortunately the injection does help... but now still recovering...
