Specialty Noodles + Fried Wantons + Luo Han Guo Drink

Noodles - quite springy but not very; sauce tends to go towards salty...
Char Siew - nice, even it is not the Cantonese version, still has a better fragrance...
Boiled wantons - small, very small, taste is normal...
Fishball - a bit springy, surprised...
Porkball - a slightly different taste, good...
Fried shallots - a bit too over-fried but still ok...
Soup - did not drink 2nd mouth, had a strong pork smell...
Luo Han Guo drink - initially thought too sweet, but could be due to I did not stir, as the 3rd sip I can start to feel the Luo Han Guo taste & a tinge of bitterness; refreshing.

Fried Wantons - amazingly well fried to stay crisp even after 30 minutes; skin is thin, fillings are too little to have a good judge... But dip in the mayonnaise, it is good, haha...
