Cycled today at East Coast Park, this time towards Jumbo Restaurant etc direction. Shortly reached Marine Cove, and decided to have breakfast there. Choose this place called East Coast Commune. Staff mentioned that it is a relatively new cafe around 3 weeks. Ambience is quite nice - bright, open spaced, and high ceiling. Has nice interior decorations too.
Ordered the sourdough chicken sandwich (SGD11) and a cup of Long Black coffee. Quite nice coffee. Sourdough bread seemed to be a little too burnt, and also a tad too sour, as it covers the taste (sweetness) of the other vegetables. Chicken meat is quite tender.
