River Hongbao 2012...

A bit disappointed over the River Hongbao, seems like not much of good things to see... Even my mum also feels this year is not as comparable to previous years'... I imagine it might e better at night when the statues are lit up... Food "street" (???) stuff also... well... not much things... and I felt was layout could be better, it seems too packed...

Chinatown Leisure Walk - Chinese New Year...

Outside Hans Restaurant in Great Eastern Building...

Crowded in Chinatown!!!!...

... selling preserved sausages and meat... nostalgic...

...cute Choy-San (God of Fortune 财神)!!!...

... more crowds!!! Almost everywhere!!! ....

... somehow this scene reminds me of the Xi Men Ding ( 西门町 ) in Taiwan...

... thought of going into the Chinatown Heritage Centre, but admission fee is ... anyway, maybe next time...

... wow, didn't realise we have a The Tin Tin Shop in Singapore!...

... Took a picture at the overhead pedestrian bridge, reminds me of another scene when I was in Taiwan...

... Long (usual) queue at Lim Chee Guan waiting patiently to buy their bak-kuar ( 肉干 )(barbeque meat)... same scenario at another branch too...

... nice dragon deco...

... The Majestic... so nostalgic...
