Kang Shi Fu Chicken Noodle Instant Bowl Noodles 康師傅 香菇炖鸡面 ( 碗 )

I tried the Kang Shi Fu Chicken Noodle Instant Bowl Noodles 康師傅 香菇炖鸡面 on a cool cloudy day... Taste is actually not bad... if you don't cook for too long... it includes some wolfberries / goji berries, and teeny bits of "chicken" and mushrooms...

Easybab - Woori Bibimbap Mushroom Flavor Instant Bibimbap Rice

I tried the Easybab - Woori Bibimbap Mushroom Flavor Instant Bibimbap Rice, costs $2.90 at NTUC Fairprice Finest Bedok Mall... It was DELICIOUS !!!! .... though I wonder how real the rice is... I mean, I kept hearing about fake rice, so not sure where the rice the company used is from .... Seems that the rice and ingredients are freeze dried and hence able to keep the lifespan very longer without need for refrigeration... Despite the many worries, I must still emphasize, it is DELICIOUS !!!!! Can't wait to try the kim chi flavour version...

Nissin ( Thailand ) Chilli Noodles - Tom Yum Shrimp Creamy Soup Flavour Instant Cup Noodles

2nd haul of instant meals this year!!! ... and except for the 2 types of Nissin Thailand cup noodles, the rest are free, thanks to the vouchers I had...

Bought this Nissin ( Thailand ) Chilli Noodles - Tom Yum Shrimp Creamy Soup Flavour Instant Cup Noodles at ( I think ) 70 / 80 cents at the Value Shop in Bedok Central area... It tasted similar to the previous Tom Yum Sabb flavour I normally eat, but the noodles seem to have chilli added in, hence the more orange colour... The soup is not really creamy though, but perhaps this way is better... Only nitpick will be the tough pieces of lemongrass spoiled the chewing process... Overall, still quite a good and cheap price for satisfying the sudden tom yum craving...

Ba Shu Lan Ren Self Heating Instant Mala ( Vegetarian ) Hotpot 巴蜀懒人 四川麻辣火锅 ( 全素 )

Bought it at NTUC Fairprice on a offer price of $6.95... Since it made the commotion a few weeks ago, I have been wanting to try it. Made a small error during preparation, which the water should have been poured into the ingredients tray right after the soup base is poured in. So, is it good? Well... To be frank, personally I don't like my vegetables to be all crispy, e.g. I prefer potato and lotus root to be starchy-texture. The black fungus is ok, and the mushroom is good but too few pieces. The noodles-like thing tasted like the bobo-chacha chewy pieces, but not to my liking, as I felt they are overly 'chewy'. The small sausages saves the day in the end. Overall, the numb-spiciness (麻辣) is quite powerful but I think the smell may not be able to be accepted by some people ( I saw some Youtubers describing the smell after cooking as smelly, I think it can be quite true; think stinky toufu or cheese, or durian... ). Finally, my own personal view is I don't really like it... Just my own preference.

Nissin ( Singapore ) Cup Noodles - Seafood Flavour

It has more ingredients (long overdue compared to its Japanese counterpart!!!) !!!! Taste quite nice, though I still don't quite like the noodles a bit too thin for good chewing texture...

Nissin ( Indonesia ) U.F.O. Bowl Instant Noodles : Flaming Hot Seafood Flavor

Opening and preparing of the Nissin ( Indonesia ) U.F.O. Bowl Instant Noodles : Flaming Hot Seafood Flavor... Now this is selling for $2 (SGD) in most supermarket a a launch offer price... This is similar to the Korean super spicy instant noodles... I prefer the spicy mayo version to this...

Marutai Kagoshima Kurobuta Tonkotsu Ramen ( Instant Noodles ) マルタイ 鹿児島 黒豚とんこつラーメン

One of my new favourite Japanese instant ramen, very expensive, around $5 or so, but the taste is so power!!! Noodles texture are very different, and has a freshly-made taste... The soup seems very "pork-creamy" and savoury taste enhanced with the browned green onion (?) bits... I added some extra ingredients to have a more complete meal... Very recommended...

Paldo - Jja Jang Men ( Chajang Noodle ) Instant Noodles

Opps, not the Kang Shi Fu one that I anticipated but this is also good!!!! Paldo - Jja Jang Men ( Chajang Noodle ) Instant Noodles, which I thought of trying since I can't seem to find the old one I am used to eating (think it is the Samyang one)... Surprisingly nice! It is slightly different from the Chacharoni I used to buy. The sauce taste is actually not so offensive and more smoothing than the Samyang one. Forgotten the price, hehehe...
