Dinner on 6th August...

...cooked by my dad... Extremely nice....

"Braised Meat Rice (鲁肉饭)": Taiwanese style with Singapore flavour... with soy-braised egg and preserved vegetables (酸菜), all home-cooked...


"Cereal Tou Fu(麦片豆腐)": Inspired by the Cereal Prawns... This is lower in calcium but higher in proteins... I think... hahaha...
