I am a mid-heavy coffee drinker, and could have 2~3 cups per day, so could not resist the temptation to buy a coffee-making machine after the advertising bombardment seen on TV almost everyday... and made up my mind after I checked out the price was quite low! Hahahaha... Actually this purchase is to compensate my not being able to get the electric scooter due to certain (eh.. financial) reason... So went to this Harvey Norman, where a lot of confusion takes place as the price labels there are super different from what their website puts up (their $139 is for red only, and piano or matt black is $159.. very confusing... )... and the cashier staff could not key in the price... have to resort to manual key in a PO at the store... and this is the only last piece of the red Genio 2, I was quite worried this could be a returned-item when I saw there is no seal-tape at the opening flap!!!!... Maybe I was too paranoid, hahahahahaha.... So in the end, I gotten this at $139 (yes, in Singapore dollars), and also 2 boxes of Latte Macchiato and Cappuccino capsules (each box costs $11.90)...
Very cute little penguin-like machine!!!! Hahahahaha... Actually is quite easy to pick up how to use the machine to make coffee, not difficult at all...
The Dolce Gusto Genio 2 comes with a trial box of miscellaneous coffee capsules... Tried the Cappuccino and Lungo... Quite nice!!!!
... To be frank, I cannot really differentiate between the latte and cappuccino... but, they taste quite good!!!! hahahahaha....
Looks so commercially-prepared... hahahahaha.... Am looking forward for the capsule rack to be ordered and shipped to Singapore...
