A-Sha Dry Noodles （ Tainan ）: Oil Onion Flavour Instant Noodles 阿舍乾麵 ( 台南麵 ) 油蔥

As my personal preference for noodles is that they should be bouncy and chewy, I don't really like the thin round noodles in this A-Sha Dry Noodles （ Tainan ）:  Oil Onion Flavour 阿舍乾麵 ( 台南麵 ) 油蔥... Thought I might have cooked a little too long to cause the noodles to lose the bounciness, hence after making this video, I cooked a 2nd pack with much shorter time... This time the noodles are less soft but still not bouncy... I probably will combine the "Other Province" noodles with this "Tainan" sauce... Hope the Tseng beehoon will not be disappointing...
