Update: Encik Tan @ Bedok Mall - Fried Carrot Cake White Version !!!!

This is absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Soft tender cake, with bits of fried dried radish and nice smell of fried garlic (???), and wonderful amount of egg used to stick the cakes to pieces... the fragrance is so... do try... Above is purely my own opinion and preference.. hahahaha...
